Ayesha Takia Azmi has worked as an actor in Hindi movies since 1986. In 2004 Ayesha Takia took home the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her performance as the lead in Taarzan The Wonder Car which made her debut as an actor. In the following years, Takia was in movies like Paathshaala (2011) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2006) and Socha Na Tha (2007). Her first appearance was in the Complan commercial.
